Resolving Employee Performance and Behavior Issues

Learn the best way to solve your biggest management challenge: people problems.

This program is designed for supervisors/managers who on a daily basis have to respond to and handle performance problems. Dealing with people problems is the most difficult part of a supervisor's or manager's job. The interesting fact of these types of problem situations is that many times the problem is not directly the employee's fault, but rather the result of some other issue. Attend this program and learn about those issues and how to select certain strategies to alleviate performance and behavior problems.

- Differentiate between employee performance problems and attitude problems, and why this is important
- Define and explain what a performance problem is/is not

- Identify behavioral solutions/interventions to alleviate employee performance problems
- Analyze a performance problem and develop an intervention strategy to alleviate or reduce that problem
