Holistic Body / Mind Techniques

Mind/Body Awarenessg

This three week course will help you increase your body awareness with self-care techniques, such as hara breathing and stretching exercises that can be used at home or office. You'll even learn some aromatherapy basics. Combined with meditation and mental awareness tools, you'll start listening more closely to what your body is telling you. This course is designed to encourage more self confidence, relaxed physical body and a more positive mental attitude.


    Hours: 6.00

There will not be a class on Monday, November 23.
