Mac OS X - Beyond the Basics

Get ready to start with the basics and rev all the way up to higher performance computing with this 3 hour class! We begin with exploring the fundamentals of the various screen elements, basic commands and essential functions of the system. Then we head off into territory such as customizing your system, adding a printer, sharing files, security and connecting to a wireless network. We will then take a peek under the hood of the built in applications including Mail, Safari, Address Book and more! Come prepared to take lots of notes. Some basic familiarity of Mac OS X is recommended for this somewhat fast paced class.
